Wedding Procedures

In the midst of ever-changing visual mediums, still photography remains the primary art form for preserving wedding memories. A wedding album is a treasured keepsake to be enjoyed wonderful way life and beyond. It is a wonderful way of recalling those special moments with friends and family. We would like to assist you in creating a timeless photographic collections of your wedding day.

Our style consists of both a classical as well as photojournalistic approach. Our philosophy at Photographic Collections is to record your day in the most natural and elegant manner possible.

The Booking of the Wedding

Because of the number of weddings we photograph each year, a deposit will be necessary to secure your wedding date and time. Once you have selected the wedding coverage that best fits your needs, a deposit of one third of the total is required. The Second payment is due at the time of the bridal portrait sitting, or six weeks prior to the wedding. A photographic script will be created , insuring complete coverage of your wedding day. At this time, the remaining balance is due. An unlimited number of photographs will be taken on the day of your wedding, from which you will select for the album and coverage you have chosen. Each wedding package includes the completed wedding album, album photographs, time and services related to the wedding.

The Bride's Classic

This is our most exclusive wedding coverage. The Bride and Groom will receive unlimited hours of photography time. Our photographic style includes a combination of portrait and candid photography to completely cover the wedding story. Your completed wedding album will consist of 40 story pages of mixed sized photographs including 8x10's, 5x7's, and 4x5's in an *Art Leather Album.

The Bride's Choice

With the Bride's Choice, the Bride and Groom will receive 5 hours of photography time. Your completed wedding album will consist of 30 story pages of mixed size photographs including 8x10's, 5x7's, 4x5's, in an *Art Leather Album. Also included, is a casual engagement sitting.

The Bride's Traditional

The Bride and Groom will receive 20 story pages of 8x10's, 5x7's and 4x5's in an *Art Leather Album. They will receive 4 hours of photography time. This selections includes a casual engagement sitting.

The Bride's Bsic

The Bride and Groom will receive (60) 4x5's in an album. This includes 2 1/2 Hours of photography time. Note:This package is only available 60 days prior to the wedding if it is on a Saturday.

Parent's Special

Parents receive (40) 4x5 color originals in an *Art Leather Album.

Additional Prints

Additional prints will be available for family and friends that wish to order reprints from your wedding, and must be paid in full before they can be processed. Shipping charges are extra. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

The Formal Bridal Portrait

One of the most important parts of planning your wedding photographs is the creation of your formal bridal portrait. We will take every necessary step to create this one of a kind portrait for your special day.

In order to display your portrait at your wedding reception, you should plan on having a formal bridal portrait session about 6 weeks prior to the wedding day.
